Welcome! The NPooL platform is designed to provide the most transparent, secure, and profitable mining experience. In this guide, we will walk you through the different sections of the user dashboard step-by-step.

1. 🔌 Miner Connection

To connect your ASIC devices to our pool, go to the Dashboard tab. At the bottom of the page, you will find the Miner Configuration box.

• Stratum URL: This is our server address. If your ISP blocks the main port, you can use alternative ports (e.g., 443, 8443, 25).
• Worker Name: In your miner's settings, your worker name must start exactly with your username. There is no need to add a pool prefix.
  Correct example: your_username.001
• Password: The password field in your miner settings is irrelevant (you can enter 123, x, or leave it blank).

2. 📊 Dashboard & Stats

Your dashboard displays real-time statistics of your mining operations:

• Hashrate (15m): Your real-time hashrate calculated based on shares submitted in the last 15 minutes. This number may fluctuate.
• Hashrate (24h): Your average hashrate over the last 24 hours. This number is much more stable and is the basis for calculating your income. (Note: For newly connected devices, it takes up to 24 hours for this number to reach the device's maximum capacity).
• Unpaid Balance: Your mined balance that has not yet been paid out to your wallet.
• Est. 24h Income: The system's smart estimation of your net income for the next 24 hours based on your current hashrate.

3. 💳 Automated Payouts

The NPooL system is equipped with automated, fee-free batch payouts. You do not need to submit manual withdrawal requests to receive your earnings!

• Go to the 👤 Profile tab.
• In the Automated Payout Settings section, enter your Bitcoin (or respective coin) wallet address.
• Check the Enable Automatic Payout option and save the settings.

Every night, the system automatically checks your balance. If it has reached the minimum withdrawal threshold, the funds will be transferred directly to your wallet.

4. 📱 Telegram Bot Alerts (Recommended)

We strongly recommend linking your account to our dedicated Telegram bot to stay informed about your farm's status in real-time.

• Go to the Profile tab and click the Generate Telegram Linking Code button.
• You will be given a 6-digit code.
• Open our Telegram bot (the link is provided in the panel).
• Send the /link command along with your code (e.g., /link 123456).

5. 🌐 Multi-Coin Mining

The NPooL platform supports various cryptocurrencies. At the top of the page (in the website header), there is a dropdown menu. By changing the coin in this menu, your entire dashboard will update to display information specific to that coin. You can set a separate wallet address for each coin in the Profile tab.

6. 🎫 Support Tickets

If you encounter any issues with your hashrate, payouts, or settings, we are here for you 24/7. Go to the Tickets tab, describe your issue completely and mention the device name, then submit. Admin replies can be viewed in this same section.

7. 🧮 Profit Calculator

There is a smart calculator located in the Earnings tab. By entering your device's power, the system uses the current real-time price of the coins and current network difficulty to estimate your daily, weekly, and monthly net income.
